Sometimes loudspeakers face extreme and variable weather conditions, which might impact the sound quality and degrade the cabinet material. NEXO’s ID, P+ and GEO M cabinets can be supplied IP 54 (IP55 for ID14) rated – they fully comply with water-proof and dust-proof standards.

Parc Asterix, Paris, France

Featuring: P+ Series, GEO D Series

With more than two million visitors yearly, Parc Astérix is France’s second biggest theme park, and a long-time customer of NEXO. P12 cabinets handle the high SPLs of the gala live events and parades, chosen for their very compact and discreet profile, and for their high output level, clarity and smooth response. All P12 cabinets are fitted with an asymmetrical horn which delivers high SPL over quite long distances, while avoiding the problem of too much level for people standing just below the speaker positions.

Marvel Studios, Bangkok, Thailand

Featuring: GEO M6, PS Series, LS Series, ID Series

A large networked audio and paging system covers nine zones inside the 10,000 sq.m. multi-dome complex, using a variety of NEXO loudspeakers to deliver the high-SPL audio and FX thrills required by Captain America, the Hulk, Black Panther and Iron Man Tony Stark. “We had the networking advantages of Dante, which is built into NEXO’s NXAMPs; that feature, together with the versatile range of high-power loudspeaker products, made it an obvious choice to use NEXO to deliver the Marvel Experience Thailand.” – Design team at system integrators Fuzion Far East.

P+ Series

The P+ Series sets new performance standards for compact, point source loudspeakers, along with new levels of versatility – thanks to an ingenious system for varying HF coverage patterns. An exciting synergy of sleek good looks and stunning performance, P8, P10, P12 and P15 cabinets employ custom HF/LF drivers in a coaxial configuration to deliver perfect phase alignment, exceptional clarity and a smooth response across the full frequency range.

ID Series

When it comes to creating the perfect immersive audio experience, directivity control is key to the superior performance of NEXO’s compact ID Series speakers. Achieving uniform audience coverage in complicated spaces is a familiar challenge, so NEXO makes flexible HF directivity options central to the design of the ID Series, equipping system designers and installers with the tools they need to set new performance standards while imposing a minimal visual impact on their environment.
