GEO T AT THE ZOO

Oct 2005 |

Music & Lights have been using their NEXO GEO T system at Parken Zoo throughout the summer, providing the outdoor stage with a conventional left and right flown system, each array using 8x T4805 full-range cabinets plus 2x T2815 downfill elements. The system subbass is delivered by 8x CD18s. PS15s are used for stage monitors, and the show is mixed from one of Yamaha’s popular PM5D RH digital consoles.

Mikael Ljundberg of Music & Lights says he is “very satisfied with the GEO T system! It works perfectly and sounds like a dream. All the technicians like it. It’s working so well for us that I can confidently tell you we plan to expand with more GEO T in the future!”

Music & Lights also used the GEO T tangent arrays for the Vattendrag festival which is held in their home town of Västeras. 15,000 people attended the 4-day festival. Music & Lights provided 6x T480s, with 4x T2815s, and 4x CD18s, for one of the stages where performers included a symphonic orchestra, Shirley Clamp, Pandora, and Alcazar. Both systems were powered by CAMCO Vortex amplifiers and processed by NEXO’s NX242 TDcontollers.
