In Valparaiso, the Elias Figueroa Stadium is a multipurpose sports center that hosts soccer and athletic events with a capacity of 23.000 people. The system design places two arrays of STM M46, each with 3 cabinets, suspended from the roof. Additionally, there are two clusters of 2x GEO S12 cabinets and a small number of PS15 cabinets to handle the upper tiers.
The design worked so well in terms of performance and cost-effectiveness, that it has been deployed twice more. The El Teniente Stadium is located in the city of Rancagua with a capacity of 14.500 and used mainly for soccer and athletic events. The third stadium to use the STM/GEO S12 system is located in the northern city of Calama, the city of miners. This is the smallest of the three, with a total capacity of 12.000 people.
