Opening on October 16th, the 22nd JZ Festival is the largest in the event’s history, bringing more than 100 musicians from over 20 countries and regions to Shanghai.
Across 17 days, the program features 146 performances and industry forums at 13 venues with headliners including 5-time Grammy Award-winner Victor Wooten & The Wooten Brothers, Chinese soul diva Yuan Yawei (Tia Ray), renowned American jazz trumpeter Theo Croker, celebrated German jazz drummer Wolfgang Haffner and American composer and multi-instrumentalist Don Byron.
