Participants work on two different solutions using NEXO point source and line source according to various targets.

This seminar will cover the process of how to design and set-up sound systems in permanent installations. The system design principles will be explained using simulation software program according to targets often used in tenders. This will include direct SPL coverage, SPL deviation and distribution, frequency response analysis. Intelligibility criteria like STI will also be presented and discussed. Participants will have to work on two different projects based on typical application ( like theatre , sport, house of worship..) that will lead to a system integration training session including, mechanics and network design, as well as cabling and power consumption. System management and monitoring will also be covered using remote control software and IP protocol. The instructor will assess the participant’s performance by questions and answers.
